A seminar or workshop series can take the extend the learning opportunities to another level with more situations, more practice and more confidence! A series can be developed to meet the needs of your group.
Private Lessons
Perhaps you recently experience an interaction that made you uncomfortable or made you feel vulnerable. Perhaps in you were assaulted. Perhaps you are out of shape (it doesn’t matter!), have an injury or physical challenge that needs to be considered or worked around in skill development or you want to focus on your specific needs and concerns.
Private lessons are a great way to gain confidence in the capabilities of your body, to learn at your own pace and to work through the emotional and mental aspects of learning self-defense skills.
